Who can play

You must be at least 18 and of legal age where you live to use Neon54. Residents of the countries on our list of excluded jurisdictions may not open an account or add funds.

Your account

You may hold one account only, in your own correct name. One account is allowed per person, household or address, phone number or email and IP address, and duplicate accounts are closed with their winnings void. Keep your login details private and your account information up to date. We may ask for identity and address documents at any time, and they must reach us within 30 days.

Deposits

We set the minimum and maximum deposit amounts. The payment method you use must belong to you. Your account balance earns no interest, and a deposit or its bonus cannot be refunded once it has been used to place a bet.

Withdrawals

Each deposit must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal. Withdrawals are handled within 3 business days and follow monthly limits that depend on your VIP level, with up to 3 pending requests at a time. Every withdrawal goes through an audit, a gameplay check and account verification.

Bonuses

Each bonus has a wagering requirement that must be met within 10 days for casino bonuses and 30 days for sports bonuses. Some games contribute less to wagering, and some cannot be played with a bonus at all. Only one bonus is allowed per person, household and device, and bonus abuse can lead to the loss of bonuses and winnings.

Sports betting

A bet cannot be cancelled or changed once it is confirmed. Bets are accepted up to the advertised start time and are settled on official results. Cash Out and BetBuilder are available on eligible markets.

Inactive accounts

An account becomes inactive after 180 days without a login, and a monthly administration fee of 10 AUD may then be charged.
