Responsible Gambling

Keep it fun

Gambling should be a way to spend your leisure time, never a way to earn money. Play only with spare money, keep an eye on the time and money you spend, and do not try to win back a loss straight away.

Take a break

If you feel you need a break from gambling, contact our support team and we can block your access for a period of time.

Self-exclusion

You can ask for self-exclusion by email to [email protected]. Your account is then closed as quickly as we practically can. Tell us about any other accounts you hold and do not open new ones while you are excluded.

Signs to look out for

Gambling may be causing harm if it keeps you from work or study, if you play alone for long periods, hide your spending from others, borrow money to gamble or chase losses. If most of these sound familiar, talk to one of the organisations below.

Independent help

GamCare offers advice and practical help with the effects of gambling. Gamblers Anonymous is a fellowship of people working together on their gambling problems. Gambling Therapy provides support and counselling for anyone affected by gambling.

Under 18s

Only people aged 18 and over who have reached the legal age where they live may register with Neon54. If you share a computer with children, a filter such as Net Nanny can help keep gambling sites out of reach.
